The Breeding Right will confer upon the Purchaser an entitlement to have one mare approved by The Stud serviced by the Stallion in each Northern Hemisphere breeding season from 2024 onwards while the Stallion stands at Manton Park Stud or another stud at which the Stallion (in the sole discretion of the Owner) may stand in the Northern Hemisphere. 

_{NB: The Breeding Right is sold subject to the Stallion Owner not enforcing their pre-emption rights within 7 days of receipt of notification from the Vendor or ThoroughBid of the price bid for the Lot and the identity of the highest bidder.} 

_{The buyer will only have deemed to have completed the purchase of the Breeding Right once both payment of their successful bid and any associated auction fees have been received in cleared funds by ThoroughBid and they have signed the Deed of Novation. In signing, the buyer also acknowledges on any statement or representation made by the seller and has relied exclusively on his/her own assessment. The buyer further acknowledges that the breeding right is sold without any warranty or other assurance concerning warranty or other term which, but for this clause, might be implied by law is expressly excluded. Any prospective purchaser is strongly recommended to read the Breeding Right Agreement and take their own legal advice before making a bid.}
